Do you need help?
It’s not as daft as it sounds. Quite often these days I.T. Companies offer what they call “support”. You call up the phone line and get told to press 1 and then wait for an operator who then asks what blood type you are before politely telling you that there is an impossible problem that will be fixed as quickly as possible.
You will not find that sort of service here.
That’s why it’s called Help and not “support”.
If you have a technical problem that you cannot seem to resolve yourself then all you have to do is ask.
- Computer problems (including laptops)
- Hardware (desktops only)
- Networking (inc wireless)
- Software issues
Sometimes simply turning it off and on doesn’t solve everything.
Memory (ram), hard drives, upgrades etc
Trouble sending an email or windows keeps crashing?
It’s not always a problem
Perhaps rather than fixing something you just want to learn how to do something. One-to-one tutorials in your own home are also available on a many different topics.
